KEEN reader, Julia Moxey (7) from Crediton has been awarded a certificate for reading 100 books on the Secret Book Quest challenge at Crediton Library.

The Secret Book Quest is a reading challenge which involves reading a set number of books to collect all the stickers, decipher the code, and win a special prize.

Julia enjoys reading books from the “Rainbow Fairy” series by Daisy Meadows and the “Dog Man” and “Captain Underpants” series by Dav Pilkey.

She is a pupil at Hayward’s Primary School in Crediton where her favourite subject is art.

When she’s not reading books, Julia’s enjoys swimming, Martial Arts, ballet and Acro dance, and is a member of the Brownies.

She has enjoyed reading the books in the challenge and talking to staff about them.
