LAST Friday lunchtime I was coming out of Morrisons when a male voice said "a very good letter in the Courier again, keep going".

This was someone I did not know. There are other people who say "keep going" - even two ex town councillors, told me they enjoyed reading my letters.

All I'm asking for is a measure of safety for all who use Exeter Road, Crediton. It really is a disgrace, when you see the expense claims that are made and pay rises that are awarded to our councillors.

Someone commented: "What about the European courts on human rights?" I know air pollution is well over EU regulations, I have enough proof.

Even the Exeter Mobility Centre wrote a letter to Devon County Council, regarding my husband's plea for safety and that letter was ignored.

I shall keep going until safety is installed for all Exeter Road users.

We have lorries knocking the bollards over and we suffer all the extra traffic.

It makes me laugh when people say: "We don't warrant safety". Where we live we warrant a measure of safety - it's our rights.

The size of some of these lorries that come through the High Street.

Why not spend a day in Exeter Road? No need to bring a packed lunch - you can have a fix of pollution!
