HOSPISCARE’S Light up a Life Service will take place on Thursday, December 1 at Crediton Parish Church, starting at 7pm.

The service, formerly known as the Tree of Light Service, is now an annual event held on the first evening of the Christmas Tree Festival and will recognise the difficulties and pain experienced by those who have been bereaved recently or a while ago.

There will be the lighting of candles in memory of loved ones and a looking forward together with hoped for strength.

All are invited to go along and there will be light refreshments available after the service.
