DOZENS of local children have enjoyed going along to Crediton Congregational Church’s summer holiday club.

The three-day programme for primary school-aged children took place from Wednesday, July 30 to Friday, August 1.

It featured songs, crafts, Bible stories, games and more.

This year’s theme was “Jesus is...” with a different word to describe him each day.

Associate Pastor Dave Poulson said: “On Wednesday, we looked at the walking-on-water story and “Jesus is Amazing”.

“On Thursday, we did the feeding of the 5,000, and ‘Jesus is Generous’.

“On Friday, we did the healing of the paralysed man that comes through the roof and ‘Jesus is Loving’.”

Crediton Congregational Church has been hosting holiday clubs since 1999.
