CREDITON Children’s Centre threw a huge half-term party at Crediton Rugby Club where 72 children and their parents joined in the fun.

Megan Naylor, Action for Children’s child development practitioner at the centre said: “Having fun and playing is an essential part of what we do at Crediton Children’s Centre with half-term the perfect time to have a party.

“The children all loved having their faces painted, making party hats and laughing at Cosmo the Clown as well as eating plenty of party food, of course!”

Also during half-term week Crediton Area Children’s Centre ran a Hallowe’en-themed Crafty Tales at Crediton Library; got very messy at Firetots and had an Autumn woodland wander at Newton St Cyres Arboretum.

Megan added: “All our staff would like to say a big thank you to all the families who came along and helped us have so much fun, and also to Crediton Rugby Club who kindly let us use their space.”
