A CREDITON couple have celebrated their Golden Wedding anniversary.
Christina and Nick Findell were married 50 years ago on September 15 at the Roman Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception, Farm Street, Mayfair, London.
They remember the weather being hot and sunny, a little bit different to their 50th Golden Wedding Celebration of a “Sparkling Afternoon Tea” on Sunday, September 17 at the Devon Hotel in Exeter, when some guests were delayed by the torrential rain which flooded parts of Exeter.
Some guests, such as Christina’s Chief Bridesmaid, had attended their Wedding and enjoyed exchanging stories as well as catching up.
