ANYONE looking for a fun way to get fit should look no further than Crediton Arts Centre.

Beginning on Tuesday, March 12 at the Arts Centre will be a dance/fitness class (similar to Zumba).

It will be from 11am until 12noon and will be led by Richard Dale, a West End Theatre performer.

Richard recently came back to Exeter after being in shows like "Hairspray" and "Saturday Night Fever" to set up my own classes.

Originally from Devon, he has been performing since a young age.

At the age of 18 he was awarded a scholarship to train at the Arts Educational School in London on a three year Musical Theatre course and graduated with a BA hons degree.

Since then he has worked in many West End and repertory productions working alongside some of the most prestigious directors and actors in the business.

He has performed alongside Michael Ball, Les Dennis and Brian Conley.

Richard has sung alongside Gareth Gates playing Michael in A Spoonful of Stiles and Drewe at the West End's Palace Theatre and played Flat Stanley in Flat Stanley, directed by Matt Aston and cast by Sooki Mcshane at the "Nottingham Lakeside".

He is now sharing his knowledge, inspiration and experiences locally at classes in Exeter at the Richard Dale Theatre School teaching students to become proficient in dancing, singing and acting.

He now looks forward to welcoming people to join classes in Crediton.

The cost will be £4 for an hour and is open to all age groups.
