THE Friends of Crediton Library (FoCL) will be holding this year’s AGM on Monday, October 4, at 2pm in the library.

Members of FoCL have an opportunity to help shape Crediton’s cultural life in the delivery of a programme of interesting extra-curricula events.

This year a wonderful new extension to the library has been achieved - the creation of a sizeable outside Community Garden space.

During the coming weeks an innovative community project - to carve a seat for the new area - is to take place on Crediton Town Square led by (the pleasingly named) community artist James Bond.

If you are interested in becoming a member of FoCL please go along to the AGM and bring your expertise and imagination.
