AS part of “Small Charity Week 2016” (June 13-18), Involve – Voluntary Action in Mid Devon will be hosting a Big Advice Day providing a Drop-in clinic/chat on Tuesday, June 14 for small charities, voluntary and community groups at Crediton Library, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.

The Small Charity Week celebrates and raises awareness of the essential work of the UK’s small charity sector that make an invaluable contribution to the lives of millions of individuals, communities and causes across the UK and the rest of the world.

In Mid Devon, Involve is offering one-to-one free advice on a range of subjects to assist with the running of small charities and voluntary and community groups, for example advice on: Fundraising strategy, policy and project development, governance, marketing and PR, equality and diversity, training and development, volunteer recruitment, management and legal requirements.
