ON a very wet morning, many families in Colebrooke and surrounding area turned up to share a full English on Saturday (January 20) at their first parish breakfast.

Organised by Colebrooke Parish Hall Committee, it is hoped the breakfasts will become a regular feature of village weekends.

It is another use for the hall which has been revamped over the past few years with the first work being the new kitchen.

That has meant being able to accommodate dinners, regular coffee mornings and other regular bookings. The hall is well used but there is still room for more events.
