IT was a very festive afternoon at the Newton St Cyres Christmas Fair which raised £736 for church funds.

There was the usual well-filled cake stall and Mr Pyle played Christmas music on his accordion.

Refreshments were organised by Sue Brown and a friend and Tony Hough was on the door. The draw, which included many prizes was run by Nicola Baker.
