A MUCH-loved teacher and a greatly appreciated governor have left Landscore Primary School.
A special reception was held to say farewell to Miss Louise Brown, leaving after 29 years at Landscore, and for David Smith who had been a governor for more than 25 years.
David had experience in the financial side of the school operation as well as with his community links. He was thanked by the chair of Governors Chris Parkes and Head Teacher Tim Williams.

Miss Brown started work at Landscore in 1996 and she received thanks from Mr Williams for her service.
She received many gifts and cards from the children and a large bouquet of flowers.
