NIELS and Penny Verburg of Luddite Vineyards in South Africa "popped in" to Grape & Grain, Crediton to show off their stunning wines.

Proprietor, Bruce Evans said: "It was a real treat to have such an internationally famous winemaker in Crediton talking about the nuances of making wine, and the details involved in going the extra step to make a wine which stands out from the crowd.

"Their informal manner was very well received and while Penny stocked up with some quality local produce from Crediton Farmer’s Market, Niels poured and chatted with the locals."

South African Luddite Saboteur wines are available all year round in Bruce’s "Naughty Room," sitting proudly alongside the varied selection of fine wines on the shelves.
