By Nora ParminterVISITORS to the Fish Tank at Crediton Congregational Church can enjoy fresh coffee, tea and a selection of homemade cakes in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The drop-in sessions, which are held every Tuesday from 10am to 12noon, are open to people of all ages.
Many young mums and toddlers enjoy attending Fish Tank sessions, where the mums can chat and make new friends, while the toddlers play in the toy corner.
Adult visitors can sit in a quieter part of the church and enjoy a light-hearted chat over coffee and cake.
It is a lovely way for the community to get together and chat about life, work, their faith or anything they wish.
There is no charge for the sessions, or for the refreshments, but a donation box is available for those who can, or wish to contribute.
No booking required, just call in on a Tuesday morning - a warm welcome awaits.
