12 noon - 5pm - Pop Up Cafe, Shobrooke Village Hall, raising money for The British Red Cross Israel and Occupied Palestinian Territory Appeal, tea, coffee, cakes, pastries, live music, Palestinian soup, plant stall, raffle.

Red Earth Group meeting, hosted by Bow Women’s Institute. The speaker will be Rachel Dunn, an award-winning Milliner.

10am to 12.30pm - Charity Craft Fair and Coffee Morning, Sandford Parish Hall, in aid of Hospiscare, all welcome.

2pm - Whist Drive, Upton Pyne Village Hall, all welcome.

3pm - Crediton Parish Church, The Trumpet Shall Sound, An entertaining and informative demonstration of the history and development of the trumpet with performances of well-known repertoire. Alistair Mackie - former Principal Trumpeter of the Philharmonia Orchestra, with Andrew Millington - Piano and organ followed by Tea and Cake in the Boniface Centre. 10am - 12 noon - Crediton and District U3A, Speaker: Rosemary Grigg, “Audience with Lady Katherine and a peep inside her wardrobe”, Boniface Centre, entry £1.50, includes refreshments, open to all including non-members.

10am to 12 noon - Coffee Morning, in aid of the Children's Society, at the home of Margaret and Bert Jewell, 4 Golden Joy, Crediton.
