7.15pm - for 7.30pm start, Bow and District History Society, talk by Dr Catherine Ross, Met Office and National Meteorological Archive Manager, on “from sorcery to super computers”, Bow Village Hall. Open to everyone, free to members or just £4 on the night for visitors.

6.30pm - Sustainable Crediton film ‘Power to the People’, produced by Cornwall Climate Care, at Crediton Methodist Church, film begins at 7pm. Followed by Q and Q discussion with guest speakers. Entry by donation (suggested £4). Refreshments available.

7pm - Auction of Items in aid of Cadbury Church at The Exeter Inn, Thorverton.

10am to 10.45am - Crediton Neighbourhood Policing Team PCSO Nikki Payne and a representative from Mid Devon District Council housing team will be available to speak to in the vicinity of the village shop in Cheriton Bishop, followed by joint agency walkabouts in the village.
12.30pm to 2pm - Soup and Stories at The Bookery, all welcome, no charge, free soup and stories to enjoy.
6.45pm - Doors open for special film screening to mark the 80th anniversary of The Sinking of the Lisbon Maru, The Pavilion, Chulmleigh, Chulmleigh and District Society, admission £7, Q and A after the film and book for sale.

10am - Coldridge Parish Church, Re-Dedication of the Edward V window by the Bishop of Exeter, followed by historical talks with barbecue on the green and bar, teas, etc in Coldridge Village Hall, to buy tickets, email: [email protected] .
2pm - Auction of items from house sale, Sandford Parish Hall, in aid of Sandford Millennium Green, viewing from 1pm.

10.30am to 12.30pm - Julia Donaldson the UK’s bestselling author will be signing copies of her new book ‘Gozzle’ and many of her other books at The Bookery. Tickets have been allocated in three time slots and is a Sold Out event.
3pm - Fibonacci Quartet concert, Crediton Parish Church, Saint Boniface Concert Society, £15, full time students free.
