TICKETS are now on sale and everyone is warmly invited to attend a special Jubilee Tea in the Boniface Centre, entitled “Platinum Jubilee Tea at the BRitz”, on Friday, June 3, starting at 3pm.

After gathering for a glass of Prosecco or Elderflower Presse and singing of The National Anthem, those attending will all sit down to enjoy a sumptuous tea together.

It will be very elegant with dainty finger sandwiches, vol au vents and other small savouries, a variety of small cakes, meringues topped with a strawberry, small scones with cream and homemade jam, and more!

There will be flowers, pretty table settings, bunting and gentle, live musical accompaniment in the “Palm Court” style.

Tickets will be £15 and must be purchased in advance from Sue Lavery, telephone 01363 772536 or email: [email protected] . The Boniface Centre is an accessible venue with free parking. Funds raised at the tea will be used to support the life and work of Holy Cross Church.

Treat yourself and join the party on this special occasion!
