42-17-21-38-30-1: NO not the National Lottery winning numbers but how many tickets are left for the Tuesday to Saturday performances of CODS production of “The Sound of Music” and there are still four weeks left to opening night!
I know from running the Box Office for years how many of you leave buying your tickets until the week of our show but there possibly will be none left by then!
The show is being performed at Queen Elizabeth’s School’s Barnfield campus from Monday, April 18 to Saturday, April 23.
Evening performances start at 7.30pm and there is a Saturday matinee at 2pm.
Tickets are priced at £15 for adults, £12.50 for concessions and £10 for Under 16s.
You can buy these either by turning up at the Old Town Hall, Searle Street on a Wednesday between 6pm and 7.30pm or by visiting the Box Office link on the CODS website: www.codsonline.com or by emailing me at: [email protected] .
The show includes many children and it is really pleasing to see the wide range of schools that are represented in the cast.
You may well know some of the children involved, so why not come along to support them?
Rules allowing children to perform on stage do not allow one set to act all week and therefore Team Schnitzel are doing the Monday, Wednesday, Friday evening performances along with the Saturday matinee and Team Strudel are doing the Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evening performances.
