CREDITON Palestine Group is showing the film, “The Voice of Hind Rajab” on Tuesday, April 28 at the Boniface Centre.

Doors will open at 6.30pm and the film will start at 7pm.

The film revolves around what happened on January 29, 2024.

Red Crescent volunteers received an emergency call. A 6-year-old girl is trapped in a car under fire in Gaza, pleading for rescue. While trying to keep her on the line, they do everything they can to get an ambulance to her. Her name was Hind Rajab.

The Red Crescent workers are played by actors but the voice on the phone is real – it is that of Hind Rajab in the event that actually happened.

The film premiered at the Venice Film Festival in 2025 where it received a standing ovation of nearly 24 minutes and won the Grand Jury prize.

Entry is free but donations to the Palestinian Red Crescent will be welcome.
