CODS has seen an incredible number of new members join since the days of Covid and the more reassuring fact is that many of them are of the younger generation. This bodes very well for the future of the group as it moves forward.

"Children of Eden" gives many of these individuals a chance to shine in solo roles.

Harry Stuart plays the part of Cain in Act One and then Ham in Act Two.

Playing his brother is Dan Freer who plays Abel and then Japheth. Harry joined us to play multi characters in "Spamalot" and now steps up to take one of the male lead roles.

Dan joined to be part of our last September concerts held in the Boniface Centre and many were totally engrossed as he rocked away in his solo.

Jack and Rebecca Lovegrove joined us for "Spamalot" and liked the group so much they stayed, even though they drive from Holsworthy for every rehearsal.

"Children of Eden" is being performed at Queen Elizabeth's School's Barnfield campus at 7.30pm from Monday, April 10 to Saturday, April 15. Tickets are priced £15 for adults, £12.50 for concessions and £10 for Under 16s.

You may not know much about the show but many of you have often complimented CODS on the standard of its productions and this one will be no different.

Tickets can be ordered either via the box office link on: www.codsonline.com  or emailing me direct on: [email protected] .
