CREDITON firefighters next car wash event in aid of The Firefighters’ Charity will take place from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, July 11.

It will take place at Crediton Fire Station in Charlotte Street, Crediton and the crew and their helpers hope that on this occasion it will be a record breaker!

The last such car wash they held in March raised the grand total of £932 for the charity, thanks to donations from those who took vehicles along.

Neil Hargreaves, Crediton Station Manager, said that he hopes that this coming Saturday, that total will be broken and they can raise more than £1,000.

Card and cash payments will be accepted and all are welcome to along.
