AVID reader, Elizabeth Spivey (8) was presented with a Gold Book Track award by, Béatrice Coveney, librarian in charge, at Crediton Library. Elizabeth was given the award for reading 100 books. Her favourite stories are from the Beast Quest series, which are fantasy adventure stories about monsters and she most enjoyed The World of Chaos series. Fairy stories by Daisy Meadows and stories by Dick King Smith are also on the list of books she has read. Art is her favourite subject at Landscore Primary School, Crediton, where she is a pupil. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys swimming as well as reading. Nora Parminter
