ARTWORK created by children from Landscore Primary School, Crediton is on display at Crediton Parish Church in one of the bays on the side of the south choir aisle.

Children from Year 1 and Year 2 completed the artwork as part of a project last summer.

The children had previously the church and found patterns to draw.

They then made tiles based on the patterns, which were glazed in "hot" and "cold" colours inspired by French Impressionist Claude Monet’s 1980’s series of paintings of Rouen Cathedral.

The tiles were then arranged in the shape of the outline of the Parish Church and presented to the church in January 2016.
