School is rated as “excellent” in five main categories

WITH a new Pre-Prep Department opening in September 2016, a surge of national recognition for its successes and an Independent Schools Inspectorate report that rates it as “excellent” in the five main categories. The Maynard School is thriving and is regarded as one of the best school in the whole of the South West.

It is ranked as the top school in the South West in the Department for Education’s Performance tables.

Whilst the academic successes speak for themselves the school says it has so much more to boast and, not only that, it is also very affordable (voted in "The Telegraph’s" top 10 best value independent schools in the country).

From September the school will open its doors to a new Pre-Prep Department, catering for girls in Reception Class, Year 1 and Year 2.

A new outdoor learning and play area has been installed and classrooms have been redecorated, whilst an early morning drop-off and late pick-up facility (fully included in the fees) demonstrates just how the school respects the pressures of the modern day family.
