A GROUP of local people have organised some successful donations of items for those suffering in Ukraine and Moldova, and have now organised another collection.
The group is now appealing for people to take along donations of aid to Bow Gospel Hall, Junction Road, Bow, from 10am to 12 noon on Monday, January 29.
Ken Harris explained: “There is still a great need for items in Ukraine and Moldova.
“We would welcome donations of:
Good quality bedding
Adults and Children's clothing
Toys for all ages
Medical supplies - painkillers, dressings etc.
“You have been so generous in previous collections, but the need is still great.
“If you are able to donate something - large or small - it will be much appreciated.”
Mr Harris added that all goods received will be taken to the Exmouth warehouse of CR2EE Charity, where it will be sorted and packaged ready for the next shipment.”
