DUE to the recent wet and snowy weather, Desmond Jenkin, chairman, Devon County Ploughing Association says that the association has cancelled its 40th Anniversary Charity Ploughing Match which was due to be held on Sunday, March 25 at Firebeacon Farm, Chevithorne.
