A DEVON Disability event will be held at the Boniface Centre, Crediton where people will have the opportunity to find out the latest information about Welfare Reform and Council Tax Benefits.

The Devon Disability Network will be holding the event on Wednesday, March 6, from 10am to 12.30pm and would like to know if the needs of those with disabilities are being met.

A selection of advisors and support groups will be attending and information about a variety of subjects will be available.

They will include the Department of Work and Pensions, Mid Devon Equality Officer, Member of Parliament caseworkers, Council for Voluntary Service (CVS), Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB), Carer's Association, Crediton Access Group, Deaf Led Services for BLS users, Countryside Mobility South West, local groups for visual impairment, Fibroyalgia and ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis), Multiple Sclerosis Association, Parkinson's Association, Arthritis Care and Heart and the Stroke Association.
