Our return journey down the Brecon Beacons took us through some magnificent scenery in glorious sunshine.
Friday morning the bell ringers rang at All Saint’s and St Nicholas Church in Hereford, while the non ringers had the morning to explore Hereford.
The afternoon was a mystery trip, guided tour of Westons Cider factory ending with samples, which was well received, then ringing at Much Marcle.
After our evening meal a presentation was made to Mr Anthony Cole our coach driver and his wife Iris.
This was the 10th time he had been our driver and his wife Iris, his navigator and tea maker.
Tony’s licence expired on Friday evening and Blakes Coaches kindly sent a driver for our return journey when we rang at Allensmore, Monmouth and St Braivels.
During the last 10 years while on our tours we have raised money for charity. This year £257.10 was raised for FORCE. A sincere thank you to everyone for their generous support.
