THERE was joy in the town this week when, on Wednesday morning, Devon County Council contractors repainted the town’s zebra crossing in East Street.

Crediton Town Council, County Councillor (Crediton Rural) Nick Way, local resident John Everitt and other individuals had completed that the crossing was in urgent need of repainting.
