FOLLOWING guidance received, the Trustees of Crediton Town Hall have been busy making the venue ready and welcome to receive back the organisations who hire it.

Booking Officer Mike Canning explained: "The Hall has been cleaned from top to tail, a one-way system has been devised to enter and exit the premises, hand sanitisation units have been purchased and the windows have been eased to assist with the ventilation needed."

He continued: "The Hall is to re-open on Monday, July 27 and will probably return to full use by the middle of September.

"If anyone ever wishes to consider hiring the Town Hall then please get in touch.

"Also if anyone has any use for the chairs shown in the picture then these are free to a good home!"
