IF you have never walked it, it is highly recommended.

Find a pleasant day and enjoy walking the Sandford Millennium Cycleway and Footpath, a popular car-free shared used path connecting the village of Sandford directly to Crediton via the scenic Millennium Green.

It is a wildlife wonderland, with wonderful views of the local countryside, abundant birdlife and the number of rabbits reminiscent of Waterbridge Down!

There is seating along the way and a few inclines but most will find it a nice walk.

There are streams alongside occasionally, a couple of bridges to cross, a secret well to see and if going to Sandford, you can always visit either of the pubs or village shop.

It is a credit to those who care for the path and green.
