A NUMBER of cars have been damaged by a large pothole at the top of Jockey Hill in Crediton, which has now been filled with car wheel trims and a football.
The pothole is on the left hand side as you come down over the hill, just before the bungalows and the turning to Longmeadows.
A local couple told the “Courier” that they had hit the pothole and had sustained about £100 worth of damage to their car.
A number of people have taken to Facebook to say that they have also hit the pothole and many have sustained damage to their vehicles.
Alloy wheel repair specialist, The Ally Cat of Crediton, said on Facebook that they had had about four or five people in because of this pothole.
One comment on Facebook said they had hit the pothole and gone to Mid Devon Tyres where there were three other people who had hit the same pothole.
