CREDITON Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with any information to come forward in connection with a burglary to a property in the area of Mill Lane at Bow.

Police say that entry was gained by a door being forced at the property at some time between 10.25am and 12.05pm on Friday, November 3.

A range of items was stolen including a 40-inch Panasonic television (Serial number ND6621366), a gold ring with single octagonal diamond, a gold brooch with the letter A on it and photographic equipment including a still camera.

Also taken was a gold chain necklace with small hollow gold heart, a John Roche Saddle-style handbag, £80 in cash and garden equipment, including a strimmer.

Anyone with information, or who may have CCTV from the area, or any information on cold callers being in the area on the day or surrounding days is asked to please telephone the police on 101 or email: [email protected] .
