TOMORROW, Saturday, October 22, sees the 14th Crediton Music Makers’ concert take place at Crediton Congregational Church.

Doors open at 6.30pm, with music from 7pm. There will be a variety of composers, instruments, styles - and players and, among other surprises, there will be a short set of (mostly light) piano pieces by rarely heard English composers flourishing in the years just after the First World War.

During the interval, and in celebration of the venue’s new kitchen, a delicious light supper will be available, provided by Eran, chef and owner of the Baobab Café in Crediton.

Anyone who has visited the (relatively new) venture will know how delicious the food is, drawing brilliantly on middle eastern recipes and flavours.

Eran promises that the food for the evening will complement the music perfectly!

As usual, wine and soft drinks will be available before and during the concert. Admission is £7, with under 16s free.
