CENTRAL Devon MP Mel Stride visited Crediton Parish Church on Saturday, December 9 to see the town’s Christmas Tree Festival.
Afterwards, Mr Stride, who was in Crediton visiting businesses affected by a spate of break-ins, said: “This year’s Christmas Tree festival was clearly another great success.
“I understand there were more than a dozen groups and organisations who couldn’t get a tree this year and are already signed up for 2018, showing the demand for this wonderful event.
“Crediton is a vibrant community and this couldn’t be exhibited any better than at Holy Cross this weekend in this beautiful church.”
