SINGER Helen Porter, vocalist with the quartet “Misbehavin”, will present a performance of her own songs and piano solos, interspersed with timeless classics by Cole Porter, Hoagy Carmichael and Allie Wrubel, among others, at a concert in Crediton Congregational Church on Saturday, September 29.

Helen effortlessly crosses boundaries between jazz, music theatre and contemporary classical, the haunting vocals, wry observations and new takes on old favourites are all performed by this accomplished pianist and expressive singer. 

Her appearance in Crediton is part of her current tour and the concert “Constant As The World” will begin at 7.30pm.
