THE Welcoming Refugees in Crediton group organised another collection of clothes and equipment to support refugees from Syria, some for unaccompanied children and young people in the UK

The collection of donated items took place at Crediton Congregational Church and, in total, 22 boxes of items were filled.

Blankets, coats, warm clothes, shoes and food were some of the items donated.

Thanks has been extended to all those who donated, the helpers who sorted the clothes, Wotton of Tiverton for donating cardboard boxes and Jordan Clark who stepped in at the last moment and took the boxes in his van to the Refugee Aid Warehouse in Taunton.
