A NEWTON Abbot man accused of assault and controlling or coercive behaviour has been sent for trial at Exeter Crown Court.
Levi Samuel Moore, aged 31, of Brownhills Road, is charged with assaulting a woman in Newton Abbot causing her actual bodily harm. He is also accused of destroying a MacBook computer belonging to the woman and of coercive or controlling behaviour towards the woman.
South and West Devon Magistrates’ Court sent him for trial at Exeter Crown Court on December 15.
