One of those who went along, Julie Farrell, said: "The Walk of Witness was well attended again this year with Christians coming together from all the Churches and meeting groups in Crediton and the surrounding villages.
“Beginning at the Roman Catholic Church and moving onto the Parish Church, Methodist Church, Town Square and Congregation Church we walked in silence remembering the significance of Good Friday.
“Rev Nigel Guthrie spoke in the Town Square about the meaning of the Cross.
“The walk concluded with hot cross buns and coffee/tea hosted by the Congregationalists.”
