CHULMLEIGH College is delighted with the Key Stage 4 GCSE data, just released to schools by the Department for Education.

The data shows that its 2019 GCSE results are, yet again, amongst the best in the region; first or second in the county (non-selective schools) across three of the four key measures of school performance, and third in the fourth measure. The College’s impressive EBacc results are also top in the South West for the second year running.

Michael Johnson, Executive Headteacher said: “We are delighted with our results this year and believe there is more to come from Chulmleigh College.

"This is the fifth year in a row in which our results show very high levels of attainment and progress.

“There are many highlights in the results, but it is particularly pleasing that so many of our pupils have achieved so much from taking the EBacc suite of highly academic subjects.”
