THE Principal at Chulmleigh Community College has expressed his delight at the GCSE results achieved by pupils at the college.

Michael Johnson said on Thursday, August 14: “We were delighted to share GCSE Results Day with our pupils today, they were a golden year group and we will miss them.

“This year, GCSE results are not being calibrated or compared in any league tables.

“The class of 2021 were an excellent year group and they were prepared very thoroughly for their GCSEs.

“They took three sets of internal exams and their results were extremely good and completely in line with those of the last seven years at Chulmleigh College.

“We wish all of our pupils the very best for their future lives.”
