THE third Annual Chagford Show Dartmoor Stepdance Competition was held during the show on Thursday, August 15, in the Gidsong tent, in fine weather.

There were 10 contestants, aged from nine to “more mature”, each taking it in turn to dance sets and steps on an upturned barrel during three rounds, watched by a large crowd of enthusiastic spectators.
