ARTISTS from across the country have been confirmed for the Crediton Folk Weekend, which will be held at various venues in the village of Cheriton Fitzpaine, from April 24 to April 26.
They include Jim Mageean, Graeme Knights, Stanley Accrington, Hanging Johnny, Steve Turner, Capella, John Morris, John Hare and Alhambra.
Others include Malcolm Gurnham, Bill McKinnon Treford and Vicki Williams, Elowen, Dave and Anne Reader, Nicola Clark, Gilly Kemp and the Exmouth Shanty Men.
Also attending will be the Woodlarks, Shake A Leg, Kathannie, Jim McAdam, Alison Ingham and Russell Hitchcock.
Morris and mummer sides include the Vale Islanders, the Harthill Tuppers, the Brown Paper Bag Mummers, Lodestone Border, Carn Brea and the Sidmouth Steppers.
The theme this year is Sea Songs and Shanties and there will be Pirate Feast on the Sunday afternoon.
Events, which will take place at the Ring of Bells and Half Moon pubs, The Methodist Chapel and at St Matthew's Parish Church, include concerts, singarounds, musician sessions, morris dancing and mumming.
There will be camping and caravanning facilities.
