DO you have an artistic flair, or maybe a passion for graphic design? Well if you do, Crediton Chamber of Commerce needs you!

In association with Yellow Mouse Studios Ltd, the Crediton Chamber of Commerce is running a competition which is open to anyone, of any age in the Crediton area to design the Chamber of Commerce a new logo.

The winner will receive a cash prize of £50, as well as their winning logo being used on all printed media and online/social media that the Crediton Chamber of Commerce produce.

This is a great opportunity for a young designer, recent graduate or someone looking to change their career, to get their skills noticed and have a portfolio piece from a real client.

The winning design will be chosen by a panel of judges from the Crediton Chamber of Commerce and the creative director from local design house and animation studio, Yellow Mouse Studios Ltd.

Yellow Mouse Studios have also offered to help reformat any of the designs that are submitted. What this means, is that the designs can be submitted either in a digital or paper format, and using whatever artistic medium you like.

The competition is open now, and will run until Friday, March 25, by which time all designs must be submitted.

Your design can be emailed directly to: [email protected] or handed into either the “Crediton Courier” office or Evans Newsagents.

The winner will be informed directly, so remember to include your name and contact details with every submission. It may not be possible to return your design, so make sure you keep a copy for yourselves...and good luck!
