REGISTRATION for the 2021 Devon Open Studios event has now opened; artists and makers in the county are invited to get involved.

Devon Open Studios is the largest annual art event in the county attracting more than 30,000 visits to artists’ studios each year.

Despite the difficulties in planning last year’s event, Devon Open Studios was able to take place and was a big success, with some artists reporting their best sales ever!

Given the experience last year, and encouraged by recent plans to slowly remove restrictions, organisers and artists can’t wait to get started on planning for this September.

This year extra benefits for artists include:

• The return of a 36,000, full-colour, printed EVENT GUIDES.

• A BRAND-NEW AND BESPOKE interactive website.

• NEW BRANDING

• A new SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM working year round on promotion

• Pilot promotional initiatives and opportunities

This year’s event will take place from September 11-26 and is open to any Devon-based artist or maker.

The show brings together some of the top talent in the county to celebrate both established and emerging artists.

During the event the public are given free access to meet artists, see how they work and enjoy art in our beautiful county.

For artists, Devon Open Studios provides a unique opportunity to build social and professional connections with art-lovers from all over the UK.

They enjoy the freedom of showing their artwork, commission free, as part of a prestigious event with national profile. Many artists continue to get commissions after the event as it provides an excellent springboard for networking with potential clients, all without leaving their studio!
