CREDITON was a different place on Busk-it Day (see page 9). Musicians throughout the town not only gave us entertainment but for us at Once Read Bookshop increased daily takings and Crediton Charitable Fund purchases noticeably. The atmosphere was vibrant! Why not add this event every Saturday throughout the summer? Listeners showed their appreciation with great and well-deserved applause.
