MEMBERS of staff at the Gilbert Stephens Solicitors Crediton office raised £51 when they wore their jeans to work on Jeans for Genes Day.

The office, in North Street, also held a sweepstake for the charity during the day which was won by Clare Trevelyan-Thomas, a partner at Gilbert Stephens.

Over the past 20 years Jeans for Genes Day has raised more than £40 million to help children with genetic disorders.
