A SOUTH Coast brewer, Hall & Woodhouse, is looking for its next worthwhile charity to support following the success of fundraising more than £450,000 in the past four years.

The brewery is looking for a charity that operates or has reasonable representation in the South region where it trades (Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex, Kent and London).

Charities that only operate in one or two of these counties can team up with other similar charitable organisations operating over different counties (up to a maximum of four organisations) in order to demonstrate reasonable representation or operation across the trading area.

Previously, Hall & Woodhouse raised more than £225,000 for Naomi House, a hospice for children and young people, as well as raising over £240,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Anthony Woodhouse, Hall & Woodhouse Managing Director, explained: “We are really proud to have raised so much for such fantastic charities over the last four years.

“Hopefully by supporting these causes, we can in some small way improve the lives of people in the communities in which we operate.”

The closing date for applications is the September 30.
