THE book fair, which raises funds for the running costs of Crediton Parish Church, is back this year and will take place in the Boniface Centre on Saturday, September 4 from 10am to 2pm.

The committee understands that people may be nervous of such an event but there will be plenty of sanitiser around, contactless payment will be available, windows will be open and face masks can be worn.

There will be free parking, free admission and light refreshments (tea/coffee, cakes and filled rolls will be available).

The books available always cover a wide variety of subjects.

If you have books in good condition to donate, please deliver them to the Boniface Centre on Friday, September 3 between 12 noon and 5pm.

No encyclopaedias, old reference books, school tutorials or magazines please.
