THE First Crediton Scouts have received a donation from NatWest Bank as part of its "Community Cashback Award".

NatWest employee Richard Townsend (Business and Commercial Banking), from Crediton, chairman of the First Crediton Scouts Group executive committee, presented the cheque for £250 to First Crediton Scouts treasurer, Anthony Gray and Scout Leader Wayne Reed.

The presentation was made at a recent bingo evening held at The Old Town Hall, Crediton.

The evening was a great success and was very well attended and much enjoyed by all who went along.

Wayne expressed his thanks, on behalf of the Scout group, to Richard and NatWest for the generous donation.
